I just looked at your DXDIAG - your refresh rate is 60hz. That means your monitor can only process 60fps. You should buy a GPU that delivers stable (or at least) 60fps, no more. Another thing you could do is upgrade to a 144hz monitor, and a GPU to match that.

The PSU power rating is something printed on the PSU itself, you cannot easily determine that from within your operating system. However you are already running a video card so you have something decent enough in there. I would still remove the side and get a watt rating from your PSU before purcha...
