I have Norton Security, I have used its predecessors since 2002 without any major issues except its 2008 version which was a bit of a system resource hog, but they cracked it and it works great.

I have Halo: The Master Chief Collection for XBOX ONE and the quality of the map images is unbelievable. I was skeptical to begin with but I am totally hooked although I don't play it that often (things to do, website to keep running, etc...) I do play it, it's a "when I feel like it" kind...

I myself did have this trouble when I had a new router installed, but doing a refresh a few times solved my issue which sounds very similar to yours.
