As time marches on, we get many wonderful new games. However, in the lull of summer, we still have to wait for those games to arrive. Some divisions have closed due to low interest but the members from those divisions have moved on to fortify our remaining divisions. We are no longer recruiting for....

Ok, I confirmed the bug. If you are not logged into the forums and you click on the enlistment link then it will ask you to log in. All forums have this issue. You have to manually go in your profile and adjust your profile time one hour forward and one hour back at the right times... just like you have to do with your wrist watch.
