Termination of NAP with Aim 2 Kill clan

[center]This is a joint statement from the United Federation and Combat Corps in reference to our current diplomatic relations with Aim 2 Kill. As of today, Thursday, March 19, 2015, the governments of the United Federation and Combat Corps hereby announce that we shall only have neutral relations with Aim 2 Kill.[/center]

Good evening visitors, allies & fleet personnel,

Our fleets have formed various treaties throughout our existence and these treaties are formed to encourage friendship between our fleets and others. These treaties are an acknowledgement of mutual respect, friendship and allow communities to build an even stronger friendship. While we understand that this is a long process and that it takes significant work to accomplish that goal, we cannot proceed towards that goal when these qualities are lacking.

We have historically to date put in significant work towards accomplishing the goal of a greater mutual respect and friendship with Aim 2 Kill; however, those goals have not been reached. In fact, recent communications between Aim 2 Kill and United Federation now show a lack of an even basic respect and friendship towards the staff of United Federation. That lack cannot be ignored and there is no future with Aim 2 Kill.

The United Federation & Combat Corps alliance states that no other party can take hostile actions against us by foreign states, Aim 2 Kill as can be shown by their staff exhibiting behaviors that are unbecoming of an officer (Alliance, Section 1, Sub-Section 5) and insolent (Alliance, Section 1, Sub-Section 7). As such, Combat Corps is announcing the Non-Aggression Pact they have with Aim 2 Kill is being terminated (NAP, Article 3) and is hereby effective 24 hours after announcement on Friday, March 20, 2015.

Both fleets do not want any hostilities between us and Aim 2 Kill. By these actions, the United Federation and Combat Corps hereby simply acknowledge that Aim 2 Kill does not satisfy the our treaty requirements in that they need to show a mutual respect and friendship with our fleets. While it is unfortunate, it is time our fleets move forward and cease relations with Aim 2 Kill. Both the United Federation and Combat Corps have authorized this intent of a neutral stance, with no interest of developing relations, under our respective governing laws and articles of our alliance.
