Server updates

The following server is no longer a [CC] server.

Team Fortress 2 : 68.232.163.84:27015

The following server is now a [CC] server.

(This is a gt24 server) (which has GameMe, link is on the servers page!)

The following server always was a [CC] server... for training purposes. I'm not sure how this never made it on the list.
