Apparently there is only a closed beta limited to Russia at this point (not sure why Russia of all places..).
On the bright side, the game is expected to be for Windows PC and in addition Free to Play (I'm not sure whether the latter is good or bad news).

Just so you know, training attendance in your division is counted towards the CR tally these days in [CC].

If you enlist into Multigame division, the CR requirement is monthly based (1 or more CR's per month).

I tried to, then I got tired and stopped after a couple of tries.
