Heads Up: September Giveaways - Nintendo Europe & Origin

I would like to let everyone know that Origin and Nintendo are doing a limited time giveaways of free games to anyone with an Origin and Nintendo Club accounts.

These giveaways are separate and aren't connected with one another. The only thing in common here is that they are happening coincidentally, at the same time, hence this joint announcement.

Nintendo is giving away free 3DS/2DS and Wii U games and merchandise, which you can redeem for Stars in its Nintendo Club star catalog in the European zone store (if you have a Nintendo Club account):
http://stars.nintendo-europe.com/

You can also link your Nintendo Club account to your Network ID account (if you have a network registered Nintendo game console like the 3DS/2DS/Wii-U) for an additional 750 Stars.
The catch is that Nintendo Club is closing in Europe on September 30th. After it closes, you can't redeem any existing Stars since they will be gone alongside the Nintendo Club.

The second giveaway is on Origin: https://www.origin.com/en-ie/store/
Origin is basically like Steam (a gaming platform) only it belongs to EA instead of Valve.
You can open up an Origin account for free just as you would do when opening a Steam account.

Origin has monthly special give aways which they call "On the House", during the time they are active you can redeem a free game copy on your Origin account, with the available game changing each month.

This month On the House is giving away Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 and Yuri’s Revenge for free:

So go get your free copy of this amazing Real Time Strategy game while you can! :)

Edit in: There is a working online Multiplayer game mode as well for Red Alert 2 and other Westwood games on Origin, via a an EA sanctioned third party service: https://xwis.net/
You just open an account there and register your game product code in order to pick a Nickname and get a login Password for the Multiplayer in-game lobby.

When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.
